I began my new role as Management Accountant for Lear Corporation UK Ltd at the beginning of February this year, having used Paul Mitchell Associates as one of several financial recruitment agents. Paul Mitchell Associates referred myself this position.
I registered with Paul Mitchell Associates in Sept last year and was interviewed shortly afterwards. From the subsequent interviews that I had, and roles for which hat I was being put forward it was clear that Paul Mitchell Associates understood exactly my requirements and wishes for my role.
Prior to both submissions of CV and interview, I was called and given a quite detailed briefing of each company’s details and what the role entailed. Also, before each interview, I was posted, faxed or e-mailed, published and background details regarding each company so although I did carry out further investigation in to each, comprehensive background information was provided.
Although I sometimes had to call for an outgoing update on what was happening in the market, work was obviously being carried out ’behind the scenes’ on my behalf. Numerous positions were discussed regarding their suitability and feedback given to me following my interviews was helpful.
